Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return or cancellation, contact lucymichelpottery@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because our pottery is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, glaze, and surface are natural and are not considered defects. Custom, personalized, made-to-order, gift card, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, email lucymichelpottery@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
